Hi, I’m Rachel Harmsworth, a vision-led life & business coach.

I've started, built up and run four businesses over the past 25 years, the later ones online. Some were more successful than others, but I've learned a LOT from each and every one of them.

One of the lessons that I'll never forget came six years ago. I was running a business that didn’t fully light me up, living far from my dream location, and stuck in routines that felt more like survival than living.

Then someone introduced me to visioning and journaling.

I poured my dreams onto the page, crafted a vision board, and for the first time, I saw what was truly possible if I allowed myself to dream – and act.

That written vision changed everything. Today, I live on a beautiful farm near the beach with my little dog, running an aligned business that fills me with pride and joy.

All of this started by simply asking myself the right questions and writing down the answers.
